| We have always had good food and good service here until recently We put in an order when the food arrived we noticed we were missing a dish When we spoke to China Garden they offered to bring the missing dish within the next 15 minutes however by this time we had already started eating The lady on the phone told us we could just have the dish for free next time I did question this at the time as I was unaware how they would keep track of this but was assured it would not be a problem I have put in an order today over the phone and mentioned about the missing dish but the lady at china garden said there nothing they could do We had the order number and details of the previous order but she was not interested Speaking to friends it seems like this is a regular occurrence with China Garden Won t be going here again and I won t be recommending them to anyone Steve-2023-06-11 17:22:50 | |
